Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005
 
As a resident of almost 3 years, I have seen drastic improvements ever since the new management team (New Boston Fund) took over. Every request is attended to promptly, and there is an overall sense of dedication from the staff. In particular, Kay is consistently attentive, professional, and responsive. Issues are resolved quickly, and the community benefits from a team that really cares.
