no housekeeping. move in day unpleasant suprise

I would not recommend this place because it has a staff of 3 responsible for all 4 building's maintenance and housekeeping. They did not vacuum or sweep or dust or clean the toilets for us before we moved in. I had to call and show th carpet to the management who told me the carpets must be stained. within 10 minutes the maintenance people removed the food from the dining area I specifically pointed out. I should say withink 10 minutes they did the bedroom, living room and dining room and all were improved but I still need to address the less obvious parts. I was not expecting this at all so we had movers bringing a truckload of furniture and now we are stuck wondering what is under our furtniture. cats' dogs' potty training stains' we have no idea what or who lived here before us. The laundy machines were filthy. The area surrounding the toilets were soaked in urine and clearly had not been cleaned. Lovely "welcome home" job for th enew tenents. cobwebs, dust galore. Be prepared to pay to have someone clean your apartment before you move in (and shampoo the carpets) and wait to have your furniture delivered a day or two after you clean up. The quality of cabinets is laughable. the cheapest stuff I wouldn't even furnish a playhouse with. When you tour the buildings look closely at the maintenance of the buildongs in general. Building one seems the most neglected. Maybe the newer ones are maintained better in order to impress potential renters. oh yeah, water for laundry barely heats up.

those werent pet stains, i am, should you say, fertile, i like to see how far i can get it to go. I believe i can can rival the finest 16th century cannons in distance. My girl loved it, but sorry bout the stains dude that sux
