I figured since the only people that seem to post on here are the ones with complaints, it might be a nice change for this place to get a decent review. My husband and I moved in this November and I have to say we were both extremely impressed with the property and the apartment. Having moved here from out of state and not knowing much about the area, Joyce and Kay were so helpful during the whole moving process and also after when we needed information or help - everyone is always very pleasant and willing to go out of their way to help you. The maintenance guys Miguel and even the other person (I don't know his name!) have been so helpful and fast in repairs in the apartment. When we first moved there were a few minor things that needed fixing and I was really impressed how they came almost immediately after I had called the office. We haven't been here long, but so far it has been nothing but a good experience. The apartment is nice, the neighborhood is very convenient and we really like it here so far. Take it from someone who looked long and hard at all the other places in this neighborhood!
