Good place to live; bad feedback for old mang.

New management team took over a year or so ago. They've been very good - starting with the apartment showing and answering questions, all the way to now - responding to service requests, helping with lost keys, etc.
the buildings are fairly new (the fresh construction smell is still there), and are well kept up. all neighbors are quiet, mostly average age professionals, small families.
the best thing is the location - you can't beat intersection of 128 and 93. logan is 15 minutes away by car, downtown Boston is 20-25 minutes, if you're taking the T.
the worst thing is parking - each unit gets 1 space close to the building, so, if you have a second car, you'll be parking in the visitors' spaces farther away.
overall, i'd recommend this place, based on the 4 months i've lived here. (if you love huge bathrooms, definitely check them out :) ) i'd be happy to answer any questions, if you are interested.
