noisy! industry works across the street at 3 am!

Just be forewarned that there is a lot of noise when you would assume it was not legal like 3,4,5 am! They scrap metal across the street like 30 feet from your bed! It is suprising that this is allowed in a residential area but maybe this isn't a residential area after all!' Well, if you find pet and smoke odors offensive look to rent elsewhere. The construction is very low quality and smells come in direvtly from your neighbors. I wish we had rented in a better constructed building, in a quiet area.
