I agree, if you want to rent an apartment here, better get everything written, including the policies,the promotions, otherwise you will find yourself in the trap.
cause they will never admit what they said unless there is proof. but I'm not going to assure you that they will admit if you do have any proof.
and the maintance here is pretty bad, they will not come in 24 hours even if it's an emergency, you have to wait and wait....

Those comments are made by a criminal, maintenance always shows up pretty fast. you probably suck as a person.
