I have been living in Kimball Court Apartments for my whole 13 month lease and it was deffinately not worth the pay. Closets, windows, garbage disposal, window curtains, they all are aweful and break too easily and pretty much consistantly. Not to mention when you call management to fix them you may not be seeing them come up for 3 or 4 days.
