I lived at beautiful Kimball Court building#1 for 2.5 years. I have all positive things to talk about this apartment complex. Management was very good and apartment maintenance team is excellent in response (Maintenance guy came to fix my refrigerator at 1am at night when I called). Apartment buildings are maintained very well. It is very convinient to live there w.r.t. I-95 and I-93 around the corner and all groceries, shopping around the corner. I believe it is best value and convinience package you can get in northern MA. Despite of being so close to highways it is very quite. When I moved out after 2.5 years, aparment management was very good to follow up and refund me all of my Security Deposite. I really miss living at Woburn, MA and at Kimball Court since I moved out of there to expensive and very crowded Northern California.
I believe the apartments are very good...specially Bldg#1 and #6 with washer and dryer in unit...garbage disposal facility and large elevators. Free Parking is also very convinient and spacious...
I would give 10 out of 10 to my experience living at Kimball Court. I wish I can return back....

No way did maintenace come out at 1:am to fix your refrigerator. They only do EMERGENCY calls after 4pm. Building #6 only has common washer/dryer area. After you move they tell you it takes 30 days to get your security deposit back but you have to hound them to get it back! The elevators are normal size and break down often. It takes days if not weeks to fix. Building 1 has no choice but to park behind the building (cul-dasac in front) Alot of commerical vehicles school bus van, contractors pick up trucks...ect There's always complaints about parking for the residents, never mind weekends when you want company to visit there are very few visitor parking spaces and if they don't park in those without resident sticker, they get towed! Who are you trying to BS...Oh, maybe management trying to do damage control? Don't fall for it!
