I do not why these people on here speak so negatively about this place. Honestly there are so many apartments here it seems only the negative things people write about. My husband and I moved into Kimball Towers when they first opened in 2006. We moved into a one bedroom apartment and have not once ever regretted it. The management staff is always very professional and always say hello to us. Maintenance requests are done promptly which is nice. I recommend this place to everyone! The parking used to be scarce but now they have the tow trucks that come through which definately helps. I could not think of one reason not to move here! There are no bed bugs, even if there were management would have dealt with it. The people who wrote that probably got evicted for not paying their rent and want to make themselves feel better.

I'm considering moving to Kimball Towers in the near future and I'm wondering if the poster still feels this way. Some of the other reviews have me a little worried!

I was just wondering you are talking about kimball towers which is a completely different place it is in burlington and has a different staff/management. Also it is considered a luxury apartment where kimball court is in woburn.
