I have been lived in this complex for more than 6 months now and I have had frequent disappointments considering the rent. First of all, parking is extremely tough. If you happen to come from work after 7 PM, you can forget about parking especially if you live in buildings 1 to 4. You would have to park behind building 6 which is a hike. If your car is towed, you would have to pay more than 125 dollars.

Then there is the attitude of the staff. I once compalined about a regular maintenance and it was not resolved even after a month. I had to remind 5 times to get it fixed. The halls, carpets used to be cleaned regularly but since last month, it is not being done frequently. if you happen to drop by office, they would be generally rude, dismissive and you could feel they do not want to listen to you. The standard reponse you would get that this is our company policy and all arguments would be summarily dismissed.

One good thing is that the area has been generally safe, which is what brought me here but now I am thinking about moving when my leas expires. The apartment is not worth the hassles considering the rent.

I have lived at Kimball Court for nearly 13 years. The last 5 have been absolutely horrible. Keeping your windows open means you get to hear all your neighbors since 90% of the people here have no consideration. Parking (especially in the winter) is a nightmare. People park everywhere - fire lanes, the side of the road - its crazy. They built 2 new buildings and added a garage that does not contain the overflow. Maintenance is clueless (they told me my freezer was leaking because it is full) and the office staff is rude. The laundry room is dangerous as the washers leak all over the floor.And the pool is a bacterial nightmare and extremely dirty. The leasing staff will lie to get new tenants to sign a lease. And if you have children there is no where outside for them to play. I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere.
