I have read some of the other reviews here and I guess it all comes down to where you happen to get an apartment. I mean is it next to noisy neighbors or good ones, and so on. My neighbors are noisy, every weekend is a party...called the cops and they seemed to quiet down now.

Management is great but you have to complain forcefully. They have to know you mean business. I wrote them a letter for a problem they wouldn't fix, sent it to the headquarters too (the property owner) and the problem was fixed the same day. People react much better when their job is on the line and it's too bad that we have to resort to these kinds of practices.

Neighbors: it's like the UN here, all kinds of nationalities and besided noise sometime you need to put up with odd smells.

Buildings: they have a set of older buildings and a set of brand new ones. The price for the new ones is nuts, starting at 1450. But the structures are great, not very noisy, can't hear the neighbors upstairs at all.

Parking sucks, very bad. I get my workout from all the walking I have to do. Miles and miles walked in the one year I've been here.
