I lived a Kimball Court for 6 years. The maintenance used to be better during the first years. Now the appliances slowly fall apart and are not replaced. The good parts are nice heat, excellent hot water, good laundry machines in the buildings. Maintenance will help you, but don't expect anything fancy. The blinds fall off the windows, and the appliances are outdated. Still, this place looks like the Ritz Carlton compared to where I moved too. If you have a roomate or a spouse this may be a good place for you. It can be noisy with kids as they have subsidized units, but children are people too.
