I read this review despite of several warnings I rented an appartment for a year. 1550 for a 2 bedroom... Had a attractive deal 1 month off ... deposit 500$ only ...
Had a tour - was quiet - liked it rented. Realized that very noisy due to new never ending construction.
after 7 months they increased the rent to 1600$ (Gas price increase) and when I decided to quit - they took all the deposit.... It turnsout to be very pricy appartment when compared to other good appartment around the place. If you are like thinking I would have made something to make the deposit - the truth is I hired proffessionals to clean the appartment before vacating. Any ways the point here is if price is the factor don't rent this place.

Some good thing about the community -
- lot of parking lots - used by non appartment cars (some others) - Eventually you won't get any parking at nights - Snow don't even think about coming to this place late night during snow time.

Maintenance is so good,a balded guy will appear in minutes.... For small repairs he is good but the problem is he can do minor repairs, for instance the refrigratior was not working, he did not know how to fix it. Eventually I paid a huge electricity bill, one of my technician friene helped me to identify the problem.

heat - Good in the living room, Bed room - buy some thick woolen bedspreads. heating system is not consistent in the room. It is not my appartment few neighbors told me the same thing.

You can setup online bill payment, one less thing to worry.

No Sat dish

Lousy manager and office staff, they are good until you rent.

Be careful about your packages, my wife lost cell phone delievered to office

Lock your doors (safest (') place)

I thought there are lot of space, found out dangerous place to walk as driving speed is not strictly enforced.

Archstone which is near by (burlington) but less thant .25 mile is good. atleast they will be honest....

Don't Dare to rent this place....
