The apt itself is ok, kinda small for what you pay.

If you're in the military don't live here with someone else, their military clause doesn't cover both. So the roommate will be stuck paying for an apt he can't afford.

We signed a one year lease thinking we could get out at one year but you have to give 60 days written notice. Rather outrageous, normal society gives you 30 days. Who can project 60 days out'

The onsite mgrs are useless and rude, especially Maureen.

Oh, I'm also worried about my car getting broken into. Thought this was a good neighborhood, apparently not with what happened lately.
