Well, this is my first couple weeks at the apartment and this is what has happened in the VERY first week:

The Bad:

1)The cabinet door unhinged in the kitchen!
2)The medicine cabinet won't close!
3)The whole door to the closet fell off!
4)The screen door to the deck fell off its track!
5)We lost electricty the first Friday night we spent in the apartment! It took 4 hours for it to come back on. Plus, the door locks you out when the lights go out.
6)Whenever my neighbors smoke (cigs or weed!) or cook fish - I can smell it as it is in my own apartment! Gross!
7)They don't allow pets which stinks!
8)We have been given the runaround as far as dates for the new fitness center.
9)Expensive for 700 sq feet.


The good:
It is very nice and modern, once these things in my apartment get fixed I will love it. Even with the above mentioned I like the place.

I will continue to post if things improve or get worse!
