Any one who would recommend this place is crazy! Originally, we didn't feel so bad about the astronomical rent for a 700 sq ft one bedroom apt. The management seemed pleasant enough, the new building and grounds were beautiful, and there was an in-unit washer and dryer. But we were quick to realize that once they have you roped in, the management will ignore you and be downright rude. The internet run by the management co. never works, but yet they want you to pay for it. The people in some apts smell, and even though the hallway is a public place you are just supposed to live with it. The upkeep of the inside of the buildings is horrible. There is gum stuck to the floors of the elevators. The new buildings aren't even two years old, and one already had a water pipe burst causing half of the buildings apts to be destroyed. The worst part of the place really is the management though. You can leave message after message and the never return calls. They are also very sneaky. You need to be very careful of your rights and stick up for yourself. If you don't the will try to pull the wool over your eyes by saying there are things in your lease that really aren't there. They also lost one of our rent checks. Then had the audacity to call and be rude, only to find out that it was one of their morons who lost it. Boy, did I like that apology! Bottom line: DON'T move in here, and if you already are here, get out!
