The apartments are excellent. Management is very helpful. Call them with a problem and they will have it fixed ASAP. Great layout. I don't use the cable they provide so can't comment on that - we use Comcast instead. Neighbours are very friendly. The only drawback is attic - there is no attic space available. Have in walk in closets but that doesn't really make up for the attic space.
