I have lived in this apartment for almost 6 months now and so far, I have no major complaints.

My building has been recently renovated but I already notice water stain on the ceiling which means there's a leak somewhere. The elevator needs some upgrade too.

I also agree with a couple of comments made....some tenants have unpleasant odor and I have to hold my breath when I'm in the elevator with them. I also smell what they are cooking through the vents (usually curry!!).

What's good about this place is location. I like how it is very close to major highways making my commute to work very easy.

Overall - not a bad place to live in.
