I lived here 12 months - couldn't wait to leave.
Good:
Convenient location
New Apartments
Good security
Bad:
VERY expensive, even with 1 free month.
60 day notice to move.
Our rent check was lost by management TWICE in 12 months!
Management is VERY rude once you move in.
Bad smells from the vents.
Parking sucks.
Tiny exercise room.
Pool is always full of little kids.
Only two elevators for 84 apartments and even the people on the second floor use the elevators.
