good: interior, landscape, parking, pool, tennis, washer&dryer in the unit (I believe only applies to the new buildings), brand new appliances. Love the kitchen, bathroom is faboulos (just like in a great hotel).

No smells or noises (at least in our corner of the building).

bad:
1. The 60-days notice. Trick: you can cross it out/change if you live for 1 year, you can make amendments to the policy and renegotiate your rent. Managemet will never tell you that, though. Be proactive.
2. Management (it depends who you talk to though)
