terrible ventilation, terrible management - someone steals deliveries from the management office

Lived there for 10 months and got sick and tired of the terrible ventilation system, you'll have every sort of smell from other apartments get in to yours and there is no way of stopping it.
Do not rely on the management office to take care of your deliveries, they accept deliveries but there is no accountibility. They don't keep a log and they don't monitor the access to delivery room. My two deliveries of a notebook computer and books were stolen early this year.
60 days notice is also not fair, how can you know 60 days in advance if you'll have to move due to your job'
