I've read several of the reviews posted about Kimball Court and wanted to go on record. I'm a current resident and have been there for over a year and have no complaints at all. I've never had a problem with noise from other apartments, smells from other apartments, management staff, maintenance staff, or other tenants.

We had the usual little problems when we first moved in and both the management office and maintenance staff were quick to assist us in every way - and they are the same now.

All in all, I can honestly say it has been a very positive experience.
