do not be fooled by the illusion of luxury living. While the interior of the apartment is pleasant enough and looks hotel like...
The management is rude and mean. laundry facilities are overpriced- there is minimal storage space. Also I agree with previous comments about the smells- we can smell our neighbors cooking every night.
The apartments are under construction, so they are constantly rerouting and delaying people in the morning with constuction trucks, blasting and doing things to cause the water to be dirty and brown. I wake up every morning to the sound of construction. Parking is poor- my roommmate works the night shift and has to drive around for 30 minutes most nights to find a spot.
The management is shortchanging its current customers in order to turn a higher profit by building 2 new skyrisers...
While the living siutuation was adequate,
I was highly disappointed by my experience here and gave my notice 4 months ago because I cannot wait to leave... For this kind of price they should be serving mints on our pillows- not providing poor parking, noisy construction, smelly apartments, dirty water and rude service.
