I have lived at Kimball Court apartments in Woburn, MA for 4 years. I am very happy here. The management staff is excellent and very accommodating. They go above and beyond. The onsite maintenence staff is equally excellent. The complex is beautiful; it is very well maintained and the landscaping and grounds are impeccable. The apartment layouts are very nice and up to date. It is very quiet here...I hardly run into my neighbors as everyone is coming and going at different times. There has been a lot of new construction on the site and the noise levels are kept to a minimum, I hardly hear anything going on. It is very safe with camera monitored, locked entrances. The parking is also secure and well lit. Amentities such as oversized in-ground swimming pool w/ lifeguards, small whirl pool, tennis courts, fitness equipment room and onsite laundry facilities are included. Overall, I am extremly satisfied living here and I highly recommend Kimball Court apartments in Woburn! ***** 5 STARS! *****
