I have lived here nearly 10 years.It was mediocre until they began construction on 2 new buildings and a parking lot.Now, it is dirty, noisy and there is no place to park.My son cannot even ride his bike outside.The construction workers are rude.And management' They have a very indifferent attitude.They attempt to humor you but do not really fix the problems.For example, the tenants on the floor above mine have literally flooded my apartment several times the last month.They claim a toilet overflowed!(each time'!'!'!'!)I have significant water damage.What has maint and management done' Nothing.Not to mention the increasing amount of ignorant foreigners who can't speak Enlgish!!!!
