I lived in Kimball Court and moving now as I got a Job transfer. My review of the apartment community is very good. I was attended to by Maria at the leasing office and she took all the care to make my move in and move out very comfortable. Few issues/fixes during my stay were well attended. Best thing I liked about the apartment was when I had to break the lease they were very helpful in finding a new tenant and having them take over the lease with out incurring huge penaly that other leasing company charged. The apartment and stay were excellent. Lov this community.

You sir sound retarded, and obviously cannot spell. Maria can not find her ------- with a flash light and a ------- map... and she's the smartest of the bunch. If your move was not initiated by you then they can't charge you up the ass for the months you would've paid otherwise. Why don't you mention the terrible ------- parking situation in the complex? Or the smaller-than-my------ "swimming pool" aka the piss bucket, or the ass-crack smelling "gym" they offer? Or the poor souls in the NEW ------- TOWER who were supposed to get Internet access with their apartments, included in rent they said, but had to wait for THREE ------- WEEKS before the office got off of their thumbs and gave them a wireless disconnection that does nothing but remind you why these people suck ass and work there in the first place, and why you shouldn't waste your time here. Honestly, you are better off somewhere on Beacon Hill for what they charge here.
