Like every other place out there, this one has good and not-so-good things, but overall it was definitely the best place around. My husband and I lived in the area for quite a few years, and have moved a few times, and after looking everywhere Kimball offered the best for its price. The apt was very spacious, quiet, no weird-annoying-neighbors, you always find a parking spot, and maintenance always responding within 24 hrs. On the cons side, the plowing company they use sucks, so during snow times the parking lot is a mess (although you dont get stuck in it), during our time there, the constuction of new buildings was causing much noise and dust and the management office seems to change personnel every week, which makes a little difficult when there's an issue that runs over time. In general, they were a great place to live at, the mgmt was really helpful when we had to break the lease due to an immediate relocation, and I would just recommend that if you need them to do something for you make sure you keep in touch, they seem to have a hard time communicating between themselves.
