We have been living at Kimball Court for over 1.5 years, and will be moving out this fall dues to the parking lot being unsecure for overnight parking. Last year my fiance's BMW had its wheels stolen - right outside our building. Apparently, this had been happening to Kimbal Court residents for a while. So, we go rid of the car, and now have 2 honda civics. Last week, I ran into a Kimball resident who had this heppend to her Honda civic. Clearly, KC is being targeted by an organized crime ring, yet the management has made no move to install cameras in the parking lots. We spoke with them recently about the issue, and even though their renters continue to suffer the horrow of having their wheels stolen - they have no plan to make the parking lots more secure. Don't move here!
