I lived here for 2 months before a new job took me to Austin, TX and as long as I lived here I didnt have many issues.

Pros:
1. Parking: Parking is plenty and even when friends come over it's cool. But in winter it does get messy.

2. Apartment size: I lived in a 2/2, and I loved the place. It was huge by any standard, the balcony is nice, the bathrooms are really HUGE(especially the master bathroom), and spacious.

3. Tennis courts, swimming pool, other basics.

Cons:

1. Rent is ridiculous: 1700 for a 2/2' I could buy a house for that monthly payment in some areas of MA.

2. Fitness center is a joke. Their fitness center was smaller than my bedroom.

3. maintenance sucks. I had a overflowing loo issue in my bathroom, and for them if you have 2 bathrooms, and one them floods, its not an emergency. Supposedly the second one is still ok, right''

Overall if you dont mind paying a li'l too much, but want a good comfortable place, this is for you.
