Apartments are poorly put together

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
All closet doors fell off. Horrible draft through windows and a/c in winter very cold...NO insulation. No place for children to go...they have tennis courts but kids are not allowed in. People drive very fast through parking lots and do not stop at stop signs.
