I notice a lot of negative reviews here and am very surprised. I lived in Building 4 at Kimball for 3 years and never had any major complaints about the place. Maintenance was always great & responded right away, the office staff was friendly and usually helpful, the apartments are pretty well insulated, and the set up is really nice. I never had any problems with break ins or theft of any kind, and didn't know of anyone there who did. Having said all that, people need to realize that these ARE apartment buildings - not homes, and they need to be realistic. You will have to deal with other people being around, hearing noise from other apartments in the hallway, smelling what others are cooking in the hallway, noise from the parking lot, etc. If you can't deal with those things, should not be looking in an apartment building.
