I have lived here for almost a year, having had many difficulties along the way. When you contact management, they do little, to nothing to fix the problem. There are no lights in the parking garage and no lights in the hallways from 10pm-8am, which is crazy. For anyone who is looking for a place in Woburn or Burlington, dont come here, there are plenty of places to live which are nicer and less expensive. If you like to live with ill suited management and rude leasing agents, then this is your place. I have had to call with many requests to get the lights turned on and the A/C working. The only way to get anything done is to call the Mullins Management main office and report the short-falls of the site management. Take my advice, look elsewhere if you want to be happy and spend less money for nicer apartments. Kimball Towers is advertised as luxury apartments but are nowhere near that. I have plastic baseboard molding, laminate flooring in the bathroom and kitcher and fake marble counter tops with mismatched cabinets. Two thumbs down.

I feel your pain. I've lived there a couple of years and it was not good. I actually found one of the teenagers of our building peeing in the hallway at 1am. It took them over a month to change my AC unit in the living room, it was horrible. We actually found a larger apartment a little north of here (still woburn) for the same price after a summer special. Since we've been here we have run into at least three of our old neighbors at Kimball who actually broke the leases they were so desperate to get out! Good luck to you, hopefully they take care of things. What normally worked for me was to threathen to withold rent or a portion of it until things got fixed. I did this through the Mullins Management office too. Be very careful in the garage and when they turn off the lights (specially the stairs), you tend to run into some drugged or drunk residents then.

i love how people from management log in here to attempt to rescue themselves from their poor reputation. Let's face it Kimball apartments should be bulldozed and turned into a parking lot . Maybe the supreme can use. oh yeah here is my user name please respond !
