I have lived here for over a year now. Overall it is OK, but when there are
problems you need to have the right people to do the job. One month ago I had a
problem with the air conditioner in my apartment. I called to the office with
the hope that it would be repaired right away. They sent one guy who just talked
and complained about everyone, but could not fix the A/C. I had to wait for
their supervisor, who came and fixed it in no time. Every time something needs
to be fixed, I've had to wait for the supervisor to come and fix it. It is the
only way something is done correctly here. I'm glad somebody here knows what
to do in case of an emergency.
We have new management now. They got rid of John and some other people. At least
they still have Steve and Isaac here. These guys know their stuff. If somebody
has any kind of problem, make sure they ask for Isaac or Steve.
Also, they are towing cars if cars don't have stickers, so your guests have to
park far away at the guest parking or be towed. Not so great during wintertime.
Cell phone reception is also lousy.
