I have been living here for a year and a half and Kimball Court has gone through a complete staff overhaul since I first came. The new manager is horrible. She doesn't care about peoples' issues and I complained once about the parking situation (there are what, 20 visitor spots for how many tenants') and she promised to get back to me the next day and I never heard from her again. I have also had problems with one staff member promising me one thing while another staff member said they couldn't do it. I think they need to have weekly meetings so everyone is on the same page. Finally, they require a 60 days notice to move out, which is impossible if you're looking for apartments on Craigslist which list about 30 days before they want a tenant to move in. Also Massachusetts state law says all that is required for a tenant at will (me, currently) is a 30 day notice. If you are looking for a place to live, don't live here!!
