Ever since the management change from Mullins to Corcoran, things are noticeably worse:
snow is not removed in a timely manner--in fact they no longer remove the snow(!).

There's now a very rude front desk old woman. my company sent me a bunch of flowers to celebrate my new born baby. The front desk woman put it on her desk. When I went to pick it up, she simply said it wasn't for me but another apartment! So the flowers sat on her desk for a day until I finally found out it was indeed mine.

To operate wash machines in the building, an IC cash card is needed. But now the machine used to add cash into the card has been broken for quite a while without being fixed. So now people are forced to use Laundromat!

The new management doesn't allow people to put up a christmas wreath or other decoration on the door, while the old management never cared about this. This is really weird. Doesn't make sense.

I also find some people here are very low. Thefts of small things happen in the building. Once My half full bottle of laundry detergent was stolen. Some people deliberately dent other's car when they open their car door. My new car got two dents in the first week! Given the rent here is more than $1000 a month, you might expect people here are at least decent. What a surprise!

I'm so happy that I'm leaving Boston area for a new job in another state. What a frustrating place to live!
