We just moved here April 2008 in to the towers, and every week atleast one thing is broken, so far the crown molding has fallen off the wall, a/c is constantly breaking and filling up with moisturing that leaked down to the hardwood floors and they are now warped, and then having all that moisture in the air made all of our doors swell up so that they cannot shut. There's hardly ever any hot water, the parking is aweful, and the management and maintenance is beyond terrible. The apartments to appear to be nice but deep down they were made poorly and definately not worth the money.

BED BUGS WILL GET INTO EVERYTHING YOU OWN AND WILL TERRORIZE YOU WHILE YOU SLEEP. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAKE UP WITH WELTS ALL OVER YOUR BODY AND/OR SPEND ANOTHER YEAR AFTER YOU MOVE OUT TRYING TO GET RID OF THE BUGS THAT HAVE NOW RUINED EVERYTHING YOU OWN.

Also if you like to live in a nice and comfortable apartment, do not move here, they turn the AC off before the temperatures get cooler, our apartment has been like a sauna, it's absolutely ridiculous. And the windows they have in the apartments only crack open, so you can't even put in your own Air Conditioner. It's very uncomfortable, and that's just another reason why not to live here.

I have lived at Kimball Court for three years. The management is pleasent, everytime I go into the office. Do you think maybe you are going in expecting confrontation from the office workers. So they are projecting off of you. I have had a few work orders in three years and maintenance is always helpful and very knowledgable. They have fixed every problem I have had. To add on the bed bug issue: BEDBUGS ARE BROUGHT IN BY THE RESIDENTS MOVING IN. THEY ARE NOT JUST THERE, THEY HAVE TO BE BROUGHT IN, CHECK YOUR PERSONAL ITEMS AND YOUR CHEAP FURNITURE WHEN YOU BUY IT AT THE STORE.
