I would not ask my biggest enemy to live at Kimball Court Apartments. I have lived here for 13 months, we are in a lease, and so we cannot leave. Since the day we moved in this place has been awful. The management is terrible and the other residents are not respectful. A few things that have happened here. Our tires were slashed, mirrors were busted, the whole building got bed bugs and it took 3 months for the management to respond to our calls. The other people that live here have no respect for other residents. And there is so much more. I just highly recommend that you do not live here. I am trying to help others; this place will be nothing but a pain to you.

BED BUGS DO SPREAD, ESPECIALLY WHEN THE FILTHY PEOPLE WHO HAVE THEM DRAG THEIR MATTRESS AND TRASH ALONG THE CARPETED FLOORS OF THE BUILDING. AND WHEN SOMEONE WHO HAS THEM MOVES OUT, THE BUGS WILL TRAVEL TO FIND A NEW BLOOD DONOR. THE DOORS TO INDIVIDUAL APARTMENTS IN KIMBALL DO NOT SEAL AND BUGS WILL GET RIGHT PAST THEM. I WISH I DIDNT KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT BED BUGS BUT I LIVED IN KIMBALL TOWERS FOR A YEAR. DO NOT LIVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO HATE THE PLACE YOU LIVE...

First Bed Bugs have nothing to do with hygiene; they go for hosts with blood. And well gee I think that???s what runs threw everyone. Also if management had better security, or any security that would be prevented or at least catch the kids that do it. The management doesn't even make an effort. By the way I am celebrating this is my last month there. WOOOO!!!!
