I moved out of Kimball in February, 2008. Don't think for a minute that all these reviews are because we didn't get our way some how or another. Everyone who has written is telling the truth. There are roaches in some of the older buildings, bed bugs now in all the buildings, even the Towers, but those bugs you pay more rent for because your in a luxary building! Management hides behind closed and locked office doors. The Assistant Manager is a snorty nose drama queen. She smokes (every 20-30 minutes) outside by the trash room door, which the smoke lingers to my apartment right above. I asked nicely if she could smoke out in the parking lot a little more and she gave me big time attitude! It's bad enough you can smell everybody cooking curry and fish and other disguesting smells through the vent system. Has anyone noticed the disapperance of employees, that should tell you something right there! I could go on and on! Please save yourself the hassle and the money and find somewhere else to live.

Yes I know exactly what your talking about. And agree with you completely on the assistant manager, she's a blonde and looks very snotty and not helpful at all. Definately listen to these reviews if you are thinking of moving in Kimball!

BED BUGS IN THE TOWERS IS NO JOKE, THEY WERE FIRST REPORTED IN EARLY 2006 AND MANAGEMENT DENIES THE PROBLEM. NOT ONLY WAS I FORCED TO THROW OUT A VERY EXPENSIVE MATTRESS BUT I HAD TO PAY FOR EXTERMINATOR BILLS. AN EXTERMINATOR THAT DID NOTHING.

I have to say I disagree completely! I have found Jen to be so helpful and have a real hard time thinking that anyone would feel that she wasn't. She has been so wonderful helping us with issues that we have encountered since we moved in last year and always does it with a smile. I always reccomend Kimball to friends and family.

Someone has a personal vengeance against the assistant manager. I think she's wonderful and always very pleasant!!
