So I read the reviews and must say that I disagree with the bulk of what people write. I can't speak to bed bugs or curry smells as I have not experienced that so I guess I am lucky. I will agree that neighbors could be more courteous as my Sunday paper is sometimes missing, but other than that all seems to go well. Management has been very responsive to all of my concerns and quick to act. I will agree that parking is ata premium, so thats why I park in the garage, guess what, problem solved. As for my imediate neighbors, I don't hear anyone and my brief interactions have been just that brief. I live in one of the towers and have had no issues. I woudl reccomend this place for people who can spend the extra monies on the ammenities as that way you get to not deal with the public.
The one thing I would complain about is the people in the fitness center who decide its a good idea not to use deoderant. Wether this is cultural or a personal choice, please respect those around you and try not to offen. I'll buy a can of right guard if you use it...

There are not bed bugs in all of the buildings. I live in the Towers myself and have no bed bugs. I don't know why you feel the need to deter people away. I moved in two years ago when the Towers opened. I know of a few other people that moved in too when they first opened. What do you know, we're stil here. The new management company has been great anytime I have had to deal with them.

Ok you know what... everyone says they are happy at the towers.. so now all of a sudden the towers are the new high class... So the premium luxury we paid for suddenly disappears and we are forced to pay for a garage parking... just because management decided not to deal with the real issues. I am sick of commenting here seriously THIS PLACE SUCKS.

what a novel idea, pay for parking...$50per month (they ran a special for the winter) if you lived anywhere in Boston you would pay 300 to park in your luxury building, so relax Bubba... The great thing about renting is that you have a lease which expires, guess what, move out then and start complaining about a new set of problems. I am going on 6 mos in the towers, haven't seen or heard my neighbors, mgmt has always been quick to respond and actually has fixed all of the issues which arise with a rental and since I am not a scumbag, i dont have bed bugs or other unsightly insects... Question, have you ever toured a place in the North End or Brighton for less than 2k per month, talk about deplorable, small and filthy...the towers are a bargain, close to major road ways and Boston, so suck it up and I'll be the first to get you a 12 pack of MGD as you pack up your Uhaul...Just let me know what the date of departure is...
