They are inattentive, unresponsive, indifferent, seldom return phone calls, and they have now locked the office door. If you go to the office you must ring the intercom and if you're lucky somebody will open the door. They are not "resident friendly."

I agree with you. It does not make any sense to dial the number standing outside the door waiting for us to collect our parcel or to pay the rent. Once I dialed thrice and nobody opened the door for me. When I inquired later with the receptionist she said that someone should have been on other line! Just thinking what would happen to some old folks in winter if the door is not opened immediately.

You guys get to have your apartment building door locked why shouldn't we get to have the same safety? It's only fair, how about we leave your building door unlocked? As for the new management, they're so much better than the old one. They resolve any issues swiftly and promptly.

Can someone please take this illegal user "kimballtowerrenter" off??? it is obviously a person who works there and it is the only positive speaker on here... you deend them like it is your business and it is obviously your business indeed. I wish they would fire this whole management including you. you have single handedly brought down the value of the entire Woburn area.
