I enjoy living in Kimball Towers. I live on one of the luxury floors in Towers building 8 and have a nice view of the wooded area behind me. The apartment is very quiet and I have nice and respectful neighbors. Whenever I need something or an issue comes up, I find that the management is very helpful and prompt. Especially Jennifer, the assistant manager. I think it is unfortunate that someone wrote a bad review about her, because she is a genuinely nice person who works very hard and cares a great deal about the building, after all she lives here herself, so if that is not incentive enough I don't know what is. I am a manager myself and I understand how hard it is to please everyone no matter how hard you try. Its a shame that a person who only got to know her a few months before they moved out as a new manager to the building so harshly judged her off of a very superficial assessment. Come to Kimball and make the decision for yourself!
