Arrogant and useless management

I've seen the worst ever management in Kimball Court Apartments. The property manager is extremenly arrogant and has no sense of customer service. She doesn't bother to reply on complaints and doesn't talk professionaly whenever called. These guys keep losing rental checks and don't update their system properly. It is not only my own experience but I keep on hearing similar stuff from other renters too. I wonder why this property manager is still on job if so many people are complaining about her! This can be a better place if current management team is replaced by some better professionals.
