I moved to the Boston area from Chicago for work and settled on Kimball Court because I liked the size of the property, and the amenities. I had read some reviews prior to signing the lease but due to me wanting to get settled, I signed up. Working for a large employer in town, I recieved a corporate discount, but the price of rent is WAY TOO OVERPRICED for what else you can find in the area. I live in a 1-bed room and pay $1200 a month! The management is not as reponsive as I would expect of a property that purports to offer "luxury" amenities, it should also have competent and professional staff. I was in a wedding for my girlfriend and had my bridesmaid dressed shipped. I waited for 5 days for my order, never received a notice or anything and finally when I called the office the mentioned I had a package waiting for me. One of the most frustrating things for me is trying to pay my rent with no RENT DROP BOX!! With the hours they keep (10-6) I never can get to the office, half of the time they never answer the phone and until recently, the front door was always locked so you had to wait on a buzz or pound on the door until the absent-minded receptionist would let you in the building. Please save your money and find a a better deal. Spending this kind of cash in today's economy should be worth it.

I too live at Kimball Court. The "vibe" the management office gives off is one you'd expect at the RMV and not a private enterprise, where "customer service" is both valued and paramount.

We just received a letter stating that packages from DHL, Fedex or other carriers will not be accepted due to "space constraints", end of story. Very odd, underscores the need to find a better value.
