I moved here 13 years ago when these apts were somewhat upscale. I was happy here then. Staff were accomodating and respectful, safety was a non issue, neighbors were, respectful and most people have there life outside Kimball Court. However, things have changed completely management does not seem to care as much or at all. Most of the staff are so impersonal that you would enjoy more talking to a security guard at the local jail than management. Sadly, since the new management took over Kimball Court has lost its homey feel.. It's also extremely cultural diverse community it mostly consists of the Indian culture the ratio is 70% Indian to 30% White. Yes, thats right caucasions are the minority here. Then ventilation is poor here so you seriously have to get use to the Indian cooking which will bring tears to your eyes. Every thing is old in all apartments cabinets need to be replaced, bathrooms need to be renovated bathtubs are so old and of poor quality that you cant even scrub them clean anymore. This apartment complex is OVER POPULATED with as many as 8 people living in an apartment (1 bedroom at that). The turn over is higher than ever now so really think about your decision before you move in here.

I agree that the office staff are not very friendly. They don't even try to fake it. Maybe they're miserable?

Totally agree. It doesn't even matter how you "feel". Your at work so your expected to be professional. Don't we all struggle with the same things in our jobs! Im moving out this weekend and paying 25% less in rent.

Hello, I am coming to Woburn with my family in a couple of months and we need an accommodation. My husband has already rent an apartments at Kimball Courts in 2000 and it was a great place to live. Since it's very close to his company we would like to come back for 3 months, but I didn't find info I need. Can you please help me? Since we come from Europe (we are not Indian :-) ! ) we need a furnished apartment. Are there apartments with dining utensils and bedlinens provided? Thank you for your help!

I am a resident here in building six. we are trying to leave because there are roaches!! the staff does not care!! we've had this problem for six months, and no one has paid much attention to it. we requested a transfer and were ignored. they still want us to pay rent! don't move here. the staff is horrible and have no concern for the the well being of their tenants.

Yes, Building 3 had and probably still has the same Roach problem, The old staff seemed to care more. There seems to be a higher turn over than ever. Management just doesnt seem to care if they rent or not... Too bad for Cochran Mangagement.. and Dawn her language is Horrific she swears and her vulgarity is so in appropriate they just dont care do they?
