We have lived here for over 2 years. The management is the biggest problem - they don't do anything for you. If you have a noise complaint, better get used to it. We tried to go and sign a new lease after ours was up only to be given false information, and now we are stuck paying rent on an apartment we arent even living in. Management has no sympathy to our situation and won't even try to rent out the apartment for us (we are still giving 30 days notice, but that is not enough for them). Everyone I have dealt with there is rude, inconsiderate, or just plain doesn't know what is going on and can't help at all. Good luck getting any mail in this place; they won't hold packages for you, and they're left in the hallways and people steal them. We rented a 1 bedroom for $1300/mo; our new place is nicer, a 3 bedroom and CHEAPER! Go somewhere else, this place isn't worth the money

We've been nothing but friendly to them. We did not sign a lease and try to back out of it - our lease has been up for well over a year. We were given misinformation by someone that worked in the leasing office and we are now paying an extra month of rent because of it. As for the noise complaint, when we have asked someone to be quiet and they do not comply, yes, I do think that it is management or the landlord's job to step in. That is part of managing an apartment complex!! And if you've lived here for three years you know that Kimball used to hold packages for their residents so that we could actually receive packages, but apparently it was too much work for them, so now I have a window of 4 hours on a Saturday that I can go get my packages from the post office because we can't get anything delivered here (and I actually have a job and can't get to the post office during their ridiculous hours). Apparently most of the residents here are section 8, though, so this doesn't bother them. (I'm not making assumptions here; its always the first question asked when we call b/c so many of the residents here are). If you've never had a problem with them, that's great, good for you, but it doesn't mean my problem doesn't exist, as you can see by the other reviews on the site.

To claim that management doesn't have a "resident relations problem" strains credulity. Refusing to set aside a small space to accept packages certainly doesn't help their problem.
To be fair to those in the office....they are woefully understaffed for this massive complex.
