I have lived in bldg 6 for 18 months. The management is very unresponsive and rude. The bldg is infested with food bugs and roaches. The management is very nice until you sign the lease, after that they are very unresponsive. Current rental rates for a one year lease as advertised for kimball ct is $1000 for a single bed and $1200 for a double bed. I pay $1230 for a single bedroom apartment. I had no choice but to leave.
