I lived here for 20 months and would not recommend it to my worst enemy. I paid 1300 for a ONE BEDROOM unit - management is completely unresponsive and rude, parking is difficult at best (particularly when they haven't cleared away the snow after 4 or 5 days), the trash compactor is always broken (and you get fined for leaving your trash in the trash room!). We had packages stolen from us too - christmas presents. They used to be better before the new management came in, now forget it. The kids have nowhere to play and are always running around in the parking lot, swearing and destroying the landscaping. Cops were always there since one of my neighbors had a pretty big drug problem. One neighbor had a dog that barked all the time, even though there weren't supposed to be any pets in our building. If you're thinking about going there, stay away, I beg of you. There are much better places for less $ and less crap to deal with!

I couldn't agree more on the management. Worst I've ever seen!!! The head manager of Kimball Towers, has no idea what she is doing at all, and her eyes always look kind of creepy, never looks happy, and the other girl, is such a airhead, I can't believe she still works here. If you have kids do not move here. Look elsewhere...thats what Im doing!
