Very Noisy and dishonest management

Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2002
 
The apartments are very noisy. You can even listen the coughing noise from the apartment next door. Moreover, the management is very dishonest. The rents were reduce for the last 8 months for the new tenants but the present tenants were not informed regarding this. mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
