I have lived in Phaesant Ridge for five years and I am completely satisfied.
The location of this complex is superb, it is within minutes of Rt.95, it is very accessible to shops, malls, hospitals, recreational areas, and also to the city of Boston.
I find the management extremely courteous, very attentive to the needs of the tenants, and very prompt to answer any calls. The common areas are clean and well lighted, the laundry rooms are kept in good working order, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. There is a lovely pool and surrounding area in which to spend leisure time.
The parking lot is well kept and the management strives to maintain it well cleared of snow and ice during the winter months.
The apartments are delivered to new tenants in perfect working order and immaculately clean.
I definitely recommend this complex.
