I was very pleased with the facilities of this apartment complex. They were always working on maintaining the property. I moved into a thoroughly cleaned, freshly painted, newly applianced apartment. I took pride in my apartment; it was my home. When I left, recently, I was refunded my entire security deposit. It is a well established, successful residence. I never had a problem with cleanliness or maintenance. I would recommend it to everyone. If I move back to this area I would return to Pheasant Ridge.
